I would like to thank Ryan who came out and provided me with an estimate to revamp my shop doors.  Included new springs, rollers and bearings.  No high pressure sales pitch based on commissions!  In fact he stated I might get a few more years out of the existing.  He sent Randy and Moses out to complete the upgrade and they did a great job and went the extra mile. After the first call, I received a quick response, fair price and excellent service. I purchased a door opener and needed to have it installed. I asked the technician to perform some preventative maintenance on the existing hardware. He brought it to my attention that the springs were original from 1991 when the house was built. I then had the springs replaced along with a few door rollers with worn out bearings. The only original part that remains is the panels. I essentially have a new door at an amazing price. Solid experience! Spring broke on the garage door, preventing us from opening the door... trapped! Called and spoke with Nelly. She was understanding, professional, had a sense of humor and did everything she could to get someone to the house. I found Nelly to be transparent with pricing. Service crew arrived, did some measurements and zoomed off to get the spring. Quick teamwork and it was replaced, minor adjustments for ideal opening. They both were above average social skills - that is ALWAYS a treat. Side note: zero attempt to upsell me on anything. Didnt use them, but thats just because another contractor beat them to it. I broke my door the other night, sent them a note and they came out next day. Identical quote to another good contractor at a good value. It was just timing but i wouldnt hesitate to recommend to others!

From the original phone contact through the service, Sawtooth was personable and professional. Ryan called ahead and arrived on time. He gave a reasonable quote and replaced the weatherstripping in the same morning. I appreciate the recommendations he made to keep our garage door in good working condition. Ryan did a great job resetting my old shop door springs, lubing the door and checking it out well for a reasonable price. Ryan also let me know the risks before as well as the options to replace the springs on both bays. This is a company that wants to earn your business. My 8-ft door was damaged and needed to be replaced. In addition my 16-ft door had one spring hub that had come loose and was overloading the opener for who knows how long. It was also misaligned, thanks to the original installer who subcontracted through my builder. I worked with Jeramie, partner with Kenny who is very knowledgeable and provided a quote with options to choose. In addition to replacing my 8-ft door with the OEM, I elected to go with two new belt-drive openers (extremely quiet!) and total replacement of the springs/rod assembly on my 16-ft door. Sawtooth also replaced all bearings, lubricated, and aligned that door. I got quotes from other companies and was amazed how much their competitors had marked up their materials and services. Sawtooth's technician did an excellent job on installation. One small mistake was noted and Sawtooth sent him right back out to make it right. This is a very integritable company who stands behind their work, will bill you in arrears, and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. And they even provided a subcontracted painter to finish the job, painting both doors to match. He also did excellent work. I'm really impressed at how this company is being managed and highly recommend them to anyone. I really enjoyed working with them.
