This is a company that wants to earn your business. My 8-ft door was damaged and needed to be replaced. In addition my 16-ft door had one spring hub that had come loose and was overloading the opener for who knows how long. It was also misaligned, thanks to the original installer who subcontracted through my builder. I worked with Jeramie, partner with Kenny who is very knowledgeable and provided a quote with options to choose. In addition to replacing my 8-ft door with the OEM, I elected to go with two new belt-drive openers (extremely quiet!) and total replacement of the springs/rod assembly on my 16-ft door for future reliability. Sawtooth also replaced all bearings, lubricated, and aligned that door. I got quotes from other companies and was amazed how much their competitors had marked up their materials and services. Sawtooth's technician did an excellent job on installation. One small mistake was noted and Sawtooth sent him right back out to make it right. This is a very integritable company who stands behind their work, will bill you in arrears, and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied. And they even provided a subcontracted painter to finish the job, painting both doors to match. He also did excellent work. I'm really impressed at how this company is being managed and highly recommend them to anyone. I really enjoyed working with them.

Sawtooth Garage Doors replaced our 16X7 door and upgraded my opener. We picked out the door color and style that we wanted. Kenny the company owner did not like the quality of the first two doors that that he received for this job and returned them. He than ordered the same custom door from another plant and it met the quality standards of Sawtooth Garage Doors. His crew is great. They were professional, fast, and excellant craftmen. I’m pretty no nonsense, and Sawtooth answered the phone the first time I called. I like that. They were quick to come diagnose a broken bracket but I needed a new door anyway. Very honest and open about pricing and install timing. Pricing is on par with the industry. What that means is if you find drastic differences in price somewhere else, you will regret it. Jeramie is easy to work with, that’s saying something. Installers were right on time, courteous, professional, fast, and also easy to work with. Would hands down use again and recommend to anyone.
